The Trips

You do not have to buy all you need for an arctic holiday. Skidooboots and – suit, headlamp, sleepingbag and sleeping mat are included in all our weektrips. These can also be hired for other groups.

If you like, you can have a saying in which dogs you will have when you come – see The dogs.

Christmas and New Year in Dividalen

8 days

Travel away from stress and to the silence in the inner part of Troms.

Every participant gets his own dog team of 4 friendly dogs, who long to take you into nature.

New years evening we light up in the firehouse and prepare dinner there.

The 1st of January there is an opportunity for a trip with horse and sledge, followed by a hot sauna and a lovely bath in the outdoor hot tub – maybe under sparkling stars and our lovely northern lights.

The last day we take a longer trip with the dog teams, and wonder where the days went….

We arrange 7 and 5 days trips at our home.

This is the trip for beginners who want to learn how to sledge.

We do daytrips from home, and organise the trips to match your skills.

We sledge through birch and pine wood, over lakes and rivers, and up and down mountains.

It also includes an evening in our sauna and hot tub!

”The Lofoten Islands

Lofoten is one of the most popular destinations in Norway. It is known for its spectacular nature and its tall, steep mountains, the exotic birdlife and excellent fishing. We would love to take you there “out of season”, when it is not so crowded with tourists. In Lofoten we can do the things that you want to. There are several museums, deep sea rafting, whale safari, mountaineering or  we can fish for our dinner, and prepare it on the shore.

We stay in old authentic fisherman’s cabins which have been used by fisherman coming in to Lofoten with their catch.
