This county, in the upper part of Norway is called Troms. There is an airport in Tromsø 120 km from us and one smaller in Bardufoss 50 km from us. From Tromsø we drive in and out of fjords and valleys with magnificent steep mountains surrounding.

Description to find Skjærhaug:

Drive ca 2, 3 km from Øverbygd towards Rundhaug.

Turn left over the Skjeggenesbridge (signed Alapmoen/Kirkesdalen)

Turn left 50 metres after the bridge and drive 2, 3 km.
